Texas Big 12 Champions!

Tate was absolutely dying to watch Texas play in the Big 12 Championship Game! We decided to spend an EXTRA night in Atlanta, Georgia to make it happen! We all dressed in our burnt orange and headed to find a place to eat with the game ON :) Ruby Tuesday was the winner! When we got there, it was very crowded and there was no place to sit. I walked with Tate over to the bar area where the game was on several big screen tv's. He found a chair (not at the bar!) and sat down to watch! He was into it from the very beginning! An Alabama fan noticed him and came over to me to offer us his -booth that had the BEST view of the game in the place!- He told me that they were about to leave and that he would love for Tate to have a place to watch the game! I think he felt sorry for us-- we were the "lone Texan's" :) No need for pitty tonight, although that last second was very INTENSE!!! I had the BEST time watching Tate and Bode watching the game!
